Finance & Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager (Controller).

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable / receivable, bookkeeping, and monthly financial closing

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and financial models

Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to leadership for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with exposure to both Controller and strategic finance roles

Strong accounting foundation and experience managing books, budgets, and audits

Proven ability to analyze financial data and model scenarios

Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, BI dashboards)

Familiarity with remote team operations and international payments
