This job is a member of the Crew Tracking Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for supervising a team of Crew Trackers.
What You'll Do
- Mentors and guides Crew Trackers on designated shift
- Makes adjustments to Crew Tracking workflow as needed to meet the needs of the operation
- Assists Sr. Manager with daily operational requirements when necessary and provide contractual support to the APA / APFA including tape request
- Researches grievances and pay claims
- Acts as point person on shift for problem solving Crew Tracking issues, and handling escalated phone calls
- Assists the Sr. Manager in preparing and discussing evaluation reviews for each Crew Tracker
- Coaches and counsels employees to correct and improve performance
- Mitigates and resolves APA / APFA issues
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays in a 24 / 7 operation
- Able to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalency2 years Crew Scheduling and SABRE / FOS experiencePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
