This job is a member of the Crew Tracking Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for supervising a team of Crew Trackers.

What You'll Do

• Mentors and guides Crew Trackers on designated shift
• Makes adjustments to Crew Tracking workflow as needed to meet the needs of the operation
• Assists Sr. Manager with daily operational requirements when necessary and provide contractual support to the APA / APFA including tape request
• Researches grievances and pay claims
• Acts as point person on shift for problem solving Crew Tracking issues, and handling escalated phone calls
• Assists the Sr. Manager in preparing and discussing evaluation reviews for each Crew Tracker
• Coaches and counsels employees to correct and improve performance
• Mitigates and resolves APA / APFA issues
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays in a 24 / 7 operation
• Able to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice
