CSI-CDT, LEED AP BD+C, or WELL AP certifications. Membership in ASHE, HEALS, ISPE, or related organizations. NCEES registration and / or NSPE membership. Experience contributing to technical publications or presentations.

Position : Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex environments such as healthcare facilities, cleanrooms, industrial plants, and manufacturing sites . This is role is focused on hands-on design, documentation, and technical coordination within multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll play a key part in project execution from concept through construction, ensuring systems are efficient, code-compliant, and well-integrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system design from schematic through construction documents.
- Apply deep knowledge of code compliance, constructability, and system integration.
- Develop electrical plans, specifications, arc flash studies, and lighting simulations.
- Conduct site visits to resolve field issues and interpret design intent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, budget, and technical approach.
- Ensure documentation aligns with performance-based design goals.
- Use Revit, AutoCAD, Elum Tools, Visual Lighting, and EasyPower to support production.
