Job Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in Speech-to-Text AI and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ideally within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domain (e.g., pizza or burger chains). The candidate will test and validate voice-enabled POS applications to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability in real-world restaurant environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Speech-to-Text and POS systems.
- Validate speech accuracy, command recognition, and POS workflow integration.
- Collaborate with product, development, and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Document results and support continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
8+ years of QA experience in Speech-to-Text or AI-driven applications.Hands-on experience with POS systems (hardware / software).Prior experience with QSR clients (Pizza, Burger, or similar).Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automation tools.Excellent communication and analytical skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
