Development Program Manager
Responsible for the program management of the development team, comprised of all fundraising programs that support Seattle Children's Foundation. The development program manager works in close collaboration with the vice president, deputy CDO, to create plans and initiate action that supports the fundraising goals of Seattle Children's. Work with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. Develop and implement projects that further evolve the development team operations including reporting capabilities, fundraising result tracking, team trainings, managing budgets, and overseeing overarching operating plan timelines and tasks. Develop and manage advanced reporting capabilities leveraging strong data visualization skills to track fundraising results, team performance and program effectiveness across multiple groups. Employ project management methodologies in order to ensure proper task delegation, visibility, appropriate resource utilization, compliance with communication standards and attainment of milestones and timelines.
Required Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or related field.
Seven (7) years overall program coordination experience; including five (5) years experience in a lead role overseeing program / project management. Experience developing strategic plans, operating plans, project management tools, reports and dashboards. Experience managing complex budgets across programs. Experience working across teams and stakeholders.
Required Credentials : N / A.
Preferred : Masters degree in organizational management, business, communications or related field. Experience in development and fundraising. Experience with healthcare providers or social service organizations. Project management experience in a health care provider organization. Project management professional (PMP) certificate.
Compensation Range : $97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year.
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
