Site Manager, JBSA MTC

CGS is searching for an experienced Site Manager (SM) to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at Camp Bullis.

Essential duties :

CGS' Site Manager (SM) will lead the JBSA MTC support Task Order (TO) with full corporate decision-making authority to respond effectively and rapidly to all TO requirements and actions necessary to ensure TO compliance and proper performance of all work assigned, authority for managing on-board personnel, and acquisition of additional or replacement personnel as needed. The SM will be the principal point of contact with the COR and Government management personnel. During normal operating hours, the SM shall be available to meet in person or by phone with the Government and / or the COR within 45 minutes of notification.

Required qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum eight years of experience on a US Military staff as a Senior Leader (Division or higher), or equivalent FA57 assignment.
• Three years of management experience over a contract with similar size, scope, and complexity, within the last ten years.
• Five years of experience with military simulations within the last fifteen years.
• Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior NCOES or equivalent, Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling.
• US Citizenship.
• Possess a SECRET clearance.
