Role Overview :

The Safety Manager is responsible for managing and executing the safety program across manufacturing sites to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety. This includes inspection, training, regulatory liaison, investigation, and continuous improvement activities.

Location : Clackamas, OR (Primary Base); requires on-site presence at both Clackamas, OR and Vancouver, WA manufacturing facilities

Standard working hours

Monday-Friday 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, with flexibility for overtime to address issues or complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Health & Safety :

• Develop, implement, and administer occupational health and safety policies and programs at both manufacturing sites.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies regarding health and safety compliance.
• Investigate safety incidents and employee injuries, recommending and overseeing corrective actions.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and surveys to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs and safety committee meetings.
