Product Support Coordinator – Position Purpose
Responsible for supporting management's activities and accountability of programs, the utilization of PSSR tools, and forecasting and revenue growth
Product Support Coordinator – Essential Functions
Communicates and supports the Kirby Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One GoalDevelops and coordinates quarterly scorecards for Product Support reps based on target sales growth.Acts as a liaison between Manufacturer Reps &PSSR'sCoordinates hosting quarterlyJoiFul's (Joint Follow Up Meeting) with our Manufacturing Partners and assisting the PSSR team with management of customer JoiFul'sWorks closely with our Marketing team to ensure our quarterly promotions are executed properlyPulls sales reports for Manufacturing Partners & Product Support RepsOrganizes and executes training opportunitiesCoordinates, delivers, and manages monthlyMonitowoc & other telematics reports that benefit PSSR effortsAssists withPSSR utilization of SmartEquipCoordinates all product support promotions and programs including, Target Your Success,ESCO Conversion Program, and Manitowac Inspection ProgramDemonstrates product matter expertise by learning key details related to Manufacturing Partners with a focus on supporting sales andPSSR'sPrepares and maintainsCRM updatesDevelops and manages monthly service report card on manageableKPIsPreforms proficient data collectionPerforms other job-related duties as assignedEnsures consistent and reliable on-site attendanceProduct Support Coordinator – Minimum Qualifications
High School Education or EquivalentThree (3) Years sales experience preferably in the heavy equipment or related industryProficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applicationsExceptional Interpersonal skills and excellentcommunication skillsAdept at organizing, planning, and task completion to manage a high volume of department paperworkThis is considered a Safety-Sensitive position.
