Scheduling Coordinator for Home Care

Essential Functions :
- Manages incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintains CHHA Schedule
- Conducts comprehensive client intakes
- Ensures timely and accurate data entry of client information
- Schedules CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients / residents
- Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures
