We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate the cutover planning and execution for a complex Salesforce implementation project. This role will oversee the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce, including integrations to ERP, POS systems, and an Extranet, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and a smooth go-live experience.
Key Responsibilities :
o Develop and own the end-to-end cutover strategy and detailed cutover plan.
o Collaborate with stakeholders across Salesforce, ERP, POS, migration, and Extranet teams to align cutover activities.
o Define cutover scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
o Lead cross-functional cutover rehearsals and mock runs.
o Coordinate cutover activities, system shutdown / startup sequences, and validation steps.
o Manage go / no-go checkpoints and readiness assessments.
o Identify and mitigate cutover risks and issues.
o Establish contingency plans and rollback procedures.
o Serve as the central point of contact for all cutover-related communications.
o Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
o Facilitate and oversee operations within the Go-Live Control Room throughout the cutover period.
o Oversee hypercare planning and execution.
o Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams.
o Provide documentation for review and input to other programs and projects.
EST Time Zone Hours
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00 / hr.
