Group Director Of Club Of The Future
As the Group Director of Club of the Future, you will be at the heart of Sam's Club's omni transformation driving the vision, strategy, and execution for what the next-generation Sam's Club will look like. Reporting to the VP of Omni Transformation, you will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to reimagine and deliver future-ready club experiences. From digital integration and automation to operating model reinvention, this role is focused on building the blueprint for the Sam's Club of tomorrow one that is seamless, intuitive, and transformative for members and associates alike. You will partner closely with product, design, operations, technology, marketing, and field leadership to connect the dots across a complex ecosystem, leading bold transformation at scale.

Qualifications
1015 years of experience in strategy, retail operations, digital transformation, or related fields.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
Retail, omni-channel, or large-scale consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Bachelor's degree in business or related area and 10 years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 12 years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
Master's degree in business or related field, Supervisory experience leading strategy teams.
