Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Batching Technician to join our dynamic team in the food industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in batching processes. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ability to program bulk ingredient delivery system
- Verify all ingredients against SAP, food safety, food quality, and inventory control before conduction syrup batching
- Utilize forklift equipment for the safe movement of materials within the warehouse.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance logs.
Qualifications
Experience in the batching department of a food industry, particularly in beverages.Familiarity with HACCP and CGMP regulations is preferred.Ability to operate a forklift safely; certification is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Job Type : Full-time
