• Quality Control & Inspection

Oversee the quality of incoming raw materials and monitor in-process parameters to ensure adherence to specifications. This includes conducting visual inspections, dimensional checks, and material property assessments.

Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits. Prepare reports to communicate findings and improvements to management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO.

Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing projects, to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal processing.
