Job Title : Insurance Defense Litigator – Partner Level

Location : Fully Remote (Texas Bar Required)

About the Opportunity A growing practice is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigator to join at the Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for a Texas-licensed attorney with a strong background in trucking and premises liability matters to step into a leadership role with the flexibility of working remotely.

Responsibilities

Handle complex insurance defense litigation, with a focus on trucking and premises liability cases

Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials

Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and develop litigation strategies

Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently

Contribute to firm growth and client development efforts

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

Minimum of 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience

Substantial background in trucking and premises liability matters

Proven ability to manage cases independently at the Partner level

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of $160,000 – $175,000+ DOE

Remote / work-from-home flexibility
