Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Location : Chicago, IL – $65,000–$80,000

What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You’ll either lead front-of-house operations or take on both FOH and BOH , depending on experience.
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ employees
- Oversee weekly sales of approximately $25,000
- Ensure excellent guest service and team culture
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and training
- Be hands-on and present on the floor
- Support and uphold brand standards
Who We're Looking For
Required :
