Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing Lemartec’s marketing strategies and business development support initiatives, with a strong emphasis on proposal coordination, marketing collateral, and market intelligence. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and initiative to produce compelling materials that strengthen Lemartec’s visibility, competitiveness, and brand reputation across construction industry markets, including aviation, industrial, commercial, and sports / entertainment.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with operations, business development, and executive leadership to ensure resumes, project sheets, proposals, and marketing communications are professional, persuasive, and aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

Proposal Coordination (Marketing-Focused)

• Manage the marketing aspects of proposal development, including compliance checklists, formatting, graphics, and storytelling.
• Ensure proposals, SOQs, and presentations reflect Lemartec’s brand and effectively showcase qualifications.
• Maintain and update a library of resumes, project sheets, and marketing collateral for use in pursuits.
• Collaborate with operations and technical staff to collect accurate project data while focusing on the marketing, narrative, and presentation aspects.
