To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of experience in a call center. The Customer Service Representatives are the frontline and image. The Customer Service Representative will handle various tasks, including phone calls (outgoing and incoming calls), general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and receptionist and administrative support. CSR will be responsible for assisting callers with applying for ADA Core Services programs in addition to other disability-based programs. CRS Days will be split between half calls and another administration-related task.
Minimum 1 year of call center experience ( All industry call center experience is welcome)
Preferred : Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80 / day)
Automatic dialer system - calls are back-to-back
Must have a dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed (no hotspots) FAST.COM
Cannot be in a caretaking role during work hours
