Civil Engineer – Project Manager

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage DOT transportation projects focused on roadway and highway systems.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Provide technical guidance, oversee design work, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
  • Represent the team in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.

What We're Looking For

If you're an experienced civil engineer with a passion for transportation, we want to hear from you. Whether your background is in design, project management, or both, your ability to lead, collaborate, and problem-solve is what matters most.

About You

  • You're a licensed PE
  • You have experience leading roadway projects and is excited about guiding others.
  • You've got at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on DOT or local government work.
  • You're comfortable with Microstation / Geopak or ORD, familiar with Minnesota DOT design standards, and confident overseeing teams and budgets.
