Billing Associate | $19 | Temp to Hire , Hybrid schedule

Job Description

Responsible for multiple facets of managing customers billing, estimating, and reporting functions. Help with special projects, while working with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

Create billing drafts using various billing systems

Prepare estimates and drafts

Review expense vouchers and invoices for accuracy

Maintain billing guidelines for different customers

Qualifications and Requirements :

High school diploma

Knowledge of accounting principles

2 years of accounting or billing experience required

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
