Shift : Friday–Sunday (3x12s)

Hours : 36 hours / week guaranteed

Contract Length : 91 days (~13 weeks)

Billing String : Modoc Medical Center

✅ Position Overview :

This is a weekend supervisory RN role at a skilled nursing facility (SNF), responsible for leadership, compliance, staffing oversight, and care coordination .

Direct personnel management experience highly preferred

📌 Qualifications : \n\nActive California RN license – required\n\nCPR certification – required\n\n3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience – requiredDirect personnel management experience highly preferred\n\nPrior experience in long-term care / SNF setting\n\nStrong communication (verbal & written)\n\nComputer proficiency : Word, Excel, PowerPoint\n\nMust be organized, dependable, and have strong attendance record\n\nExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills\n\n📝 Notes : \n\nThis is a leadership / management -oriented RN role – not just bedside care\n\nExpect involvement in compliance, documentation, and staff oversight\n\nFacility values consistency, professionalism, and strong communication\n\nEnglish fluency required
