Comal Services is a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry, dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical and facilities team across two manufacturing sites in Houston, TX. This critical full-time day-shift position is focused on enhancing equipment reliability, ensuring a safe work environment, and supporting continuous improvement to maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.

Preventative Maintenance : Develop, maintain, and optimize robust preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Maintenance Management : Directly manage the scheduling and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimize manufacturing downtime.

Required Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Leadership : At least 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Technical Skills : Strong technical knowledge in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

CMMS & PM Systems : Demonstrated experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing PM systems.

Continuous Improvement : Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
