Responsibilities

• Supervise the HR employee relations team to provide consultation and guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures to agency leaders, managers, and employees.
• Provide advanced professional HR consultation to HR consultants, managers, supervisors, and managers on broad HR programs including compensation, classification, talent acquisition, talent outreach, recognition, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Coordinate, direct, and manage assigned programs ensuring adherence to all federal, state, local laws, and agency policies.
• Lead statewide team for assigned area(s) of responsibility, coordinate meetings to facilitate learning, information sharing, networking, and professional development.
• Develop, revise, and communicate policies, procedures, and documentation related to assigned programs and program guidance and enhancements.
