job_description.job_card.job_descriptionYou\'ll be excited about this opportunity because you will Conduct data analysis and research related to distribution center operations, identifying variances, discrepancies, and gaps. Use these findings to identify improvement opportunities and provide timely recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects, adhering to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles Develop reporting tools and create dashboards using Business Intelligence Software (e.g., QlikSense and Power BI) to enhance visibility and support data-driven decision-making Independently initiate, research, investigate, analyze, define, and document process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency Understand the organization\'s direction, structure, and requirements Provide regular updates on project milestones, promptly informing clients and project managers of any potential delays Assist in developing project plans using appropriate project planning tools, including work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, detailed tasks, and deliverables Support the planning, development, and execution of test plans Maintain issue logs and proactively track and follow up on problems Continually seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contributing to a comprehensive knowledge repository Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management At least 1 years of experience in relevant warehousing experience Strong technical skills in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
