Manager, IT ERP and Business Systems (Hybrid - La Crosse, WI)

Hiring Salary Range : $132,100-198,200

Compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.

The Manager, IT ERP and Business Systems is responsible for the support, maintenance, improvement, and strategic alignment of our ERP and business systems. Duties include fostering strong business partnerships and leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and innovation.

The Impact You\'ll Make In This Role :

• Oversee the daily operations of ERP and business systems, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance, support, and improvement of ERP and business systems.
• Ensure our systems align with business requirements and enhance functionality and performance by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new systems, applications, and functionality in response to business needs.
• Foster strong relationships with all functional departments and management levels throughout the organization.
• Lead the analysis, design, and execution of system enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans for our ERP and business systems.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contract terms and service levels are met.
• Provide mentorship and training to IT team members.

Your Experience and Expertise :

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a business related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing ERP or other business systems and functions. Deep understanding of the electric cooperative industry and its unique IT needs. Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
