POSITION

SUMMARY :

The Senior Estimator has a focus on companywide

success in adherence to MCC Standards and all preconstruction activities

necessary for the preparation and undertaking of all of Manhattan's preconstruction services. The position is

responsible for compiling estimates & driving precon deliverables to

budget. The Senior Estimator must be a flexible and

adaptable team player and have strong communication and client service skills. In addition, the skill set of owning one's work & being confident in the message

being delivered is crucial to this role.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Deliver Constructability Review, System Analysis, and

Value Management

Assists in the RMP process (ATP - precon forecasters

& ATB Reviews)

Assist in complying with prequalification standards

Assist with Negotiating Subcontracts and Purchasing All

Major Aspects of the Project

Support operations team members in developing a job

cost budget

Develop Owner Deliverables; Estimate Summary, Estimate

Detail, Clarifications

Knowledge and efficiency in Manhattan

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or

equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related

experience on a one-to-one basis
