At How To Manage A Small Law Firm , we act as the outsourced CEO, COO, CFO, and CMO for 500+ growing small law firms nationwide. You don’t need prior law firm experience — we’ll teach you that. What matters is your ability to lead, analyze, communicate, and help small business owners turn potential into performance.

As a Fractional COO , you’ll oversee operations for up to 30 client law firms — interpreting data, identifying inefficiencies, and coaching firm owners toward better systems and stronger results. You’ll work remotely as part of a collaborative “pod” with a CEO, CFO, and CMO, helping clients build thriving, well‑run businesses.

• Deep Small Business / Legal Ops Experience : You’ve led or advised service‑based businesses (law firms, agencies, or consultancies preferred) and understand the realities of entrepreneurial growth.
• Creative, Personable, Entrepreneurial : You’re energized by high‑drive entrepreneurs and know how to “speak lawyer” while keeping it real.
• Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented : You leave behind bulletproof notes and documentation — running a relay race, not a solo marathon.

$110 K base + performance pay (target $180 K total) + medical, dental, vision, 401K match, unlimited PTO, and more.
