Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for assessing subcontractor qualifications, finalizing and issuing subcontract and purchase order agreements. This role involves reviewing, approving, and coordinating various documents such as shop drawings, mock-up approvals, and safety inspection reports. The manager will oversee the timely completion of punch list items and ensure all work is completed before demobilization, while also handling invoices, financial reporting, and project closeout processes.
Responsibilities
- Assess subcontractor qualifications and finalize subcontract and purchase order agreements.
- Review, approve, and coordinate documents including shop drawings, mock-up approvals, and safety inspection reports.
- Oversee and manage the timely completion of all punch list items, ensuring full completion before demobilization.
- Review and approve invoices and receipts for accuracy, assisting with invoice collection.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, keeping project files and communications updated.
- Manage the project closeout process, attend walkthroughs with the owner and architect, create punch lists, gather and present closeout information, and verify completion of punch list items for sign-off.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in project management and construction management.Experience with commercial construction.Familiarity with Procore and change order processes.5+ years of experience as a construction project manager.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in construction management or related field.Work Environment
Work is conducted Monday through Friday on project sites within NE Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Appleton, WI.
