Job Description

Title : Industrial Engineer II

Employer : Airbus Americas, Inc.

Location : Mobile, AL

Duties

• Assisting the project team and ensuring project execution On-Time, On-Quality, and On-Cost.
• Reporting project status to customers and to the internal organization.
• Collaborating with the Industrial Engineering department in Europe to support projects in the FAL Mobile.
• Developing the most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials and information.
• Developing management control systems.
• Applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
• Designing production planning and control systems.
• Designing methods to ensure product quality.
• Evaluating effects of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
• Coordinating quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
