Property Details : Coral Bay has 946 units and is located in San Diego, CA.

Schedule : Friday through Tuesday 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm in addition to participation in an on-call rotation requirement.

Target Pay : $29.15 per hour

Role Overview : As a Service Technician II, you will be the driving force behind the upkeep and maintenance of our community, The Service Technician II is responsible for completing resident and community maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy. This role ensures the community's cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and functionality, meeting Prime’s standards of excellence. You play a crucial role in maintaining the community's appearance and safety. Your work significantly impacts residents' and prospects' first impressions.
