Job Title : Field Superintendent – Commercial

Location : Omaha, NE

Compensation : $115,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Omaha area. This role oversees a variety of ground-up and renovation projects, including multifamily developments, schools, churches, warehouses, banks, and other large-scale commercial builds with budgets exceeding $10 million.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven record of managing crews, subcontractors, and complex schedules—ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors, maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate with the project management team to meet key milestones.
• Conduct and oversee QA / QC inspections to ensure all work meets design specifications and company standards.
• Monitor and assist with cost management and job site budgeting.
• Maintain a safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate daily reports, progress documentation, and updates.
• Travel may be required depending on project locations.
