Sr. Category Manager, Sandals
The Sr. Category Manager for Crocs is responsible for owning and driving the sandals category with a consumer-first, data-meets-creativity approach that blends sharp analytics, innovative product thinking, and strong leadership. You will oversee developing and implementing a growth plan that achieves both short-term outcomes and long-term brand vision. This role is highly collaborative, requiring clear communication across design, development, merchandising, and leadership teams, while also managing and developing direct reports with transparency and empowerment.
Category Leadership & Growth
- Build a balanced growth plan for the sandals' category that combines product vision, consumer insights and data analysis.
- Expand the sandals' business with a clear strategy through good / better / best assortments and compelling Go To Market key ideas.
- Protect core franchises while driving newness, innovation, and whitespace opportunities to fuel incremental growth.
Consumer, Market & Product Strategy
Become the authority on customer, rival, and market; craft comprehensive summaries and perspectives to influence category strategy.Translate consumer, competitor, and data insights into a strategic product growth path, ensuring clarity from vision through execution.Balance data-driven analysis with product creativity to deliver innovative, trend-relevant and commercially successful products.Execution & Agility
Anticipate challenges, pivot quickly and maintain momentum to match the pace of the consumer and marketplace.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, building, retailing, planning, advertising) to implement strategies informed by insights gathered over different seasons.Head seasonal line planning, achievement presentations, and category strategy rollouts with speed, clarity, and precision.Leadership & Team Management

Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in category management or product line management experience.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong product creativity and vision, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive category innovation.Proven management experience with a track record of building and developing strong teams.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.Excellent communicatorable to influence at all levels, present with clarity and collaborate effectively across functions.A forward-thinking outlook : displaying initiative, adaptability, and readiness to take charge to achieve outcomes promptly.
