Sales Operations Lead

Lead the sales operational efforts within the account, good with Salesforce activities & reports / dashboards for internal sales stakeholders. Manage and oversee the account rhythm / regular sales meeting activities. Manage and own compliance to the sales process, enable front end support initiatives across the business - RFX, customer presentations, customer visits, data libraries etc. Analyze the P&L and provide sensible reporting on what matters to drive decisions. Respond to customer requests (RFI, approach notes, whitepaper, reports.) Oversee effective adoption of Salesforce for campaigns, drive and manage business updates in SFA. Enable the account leadership in performance reporting, best practice sharing for leadership meetings and report outs, work out on annual budget & other report outs. Lead StrAP workout to meet defined objectives. Drive actions on launching and tracking campaign progress all through the year. Interface with other enabler functions on business needs and initiatives - some examples hiring team on recruitment for critical positions, IT on customer connectivity, marketing / branding initiatives and events, manage and oversee customer visits. Ad-hoc sales support activities, work & liaison with worldwide team(s) across functions. Establish the practice to drive flow of information and speedy decision making. Further ensure accurate system level reports. Enable the business leaders to sense the ROI on timely basis, so help improve.

3-7 years of experience in sales operations / sales support. Flexibility to adapt and stretch to deliver on time, ability to learn and understand QuEST sales system fast learner. Hungry doesn't feel monotonous on support related activities, produce insights that will be utilized in presentations and help drive decisions.
