What will you do?

A day in the life of a Licensing Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this. The Licensing Coordinator will support the Senior Manager of Licensing within the Global Product Team. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of the company's licensing strategy, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of licensing activities and maintaining strong relationships with licensees.

Lets break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Assist in the development and implementation of licensing strategies that align with the brands vision and business objectives.

Review product & packaging submissions via licensing databases (Prooftrak) and line plans, ensuring all information is current, accessible and compliant to VF requirements.

Maintain and update licensing databases and line plans, ensuring all information is current and accessible.

Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Licensing, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Assist in managing relationships with existing licensees, providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.

Collaborate with marketing, product, commercial teams to gather seasonal information for further external distribution.

Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, supply chain, and product development teams to support cohesive and successful licensing initiatives.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including licensees, retailers, and industry associations.

Maintain licensed category samples.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

2+ years of experience in licensing, business development, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry
