TECHNICAL REPORT WRITER
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for reporting scientific and technical information in a manner that can be understood by an average reader. Responsible for research and preparing technical reports to support due diligence-related projects. Work is performed with direction from experienced technical managers, under the general supervision of a Senior Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Report Development
- Draft, revise, and proofread technical environmental reports in accordance with company style guides and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all written deliverables.
Research & Analysis
Review and summarize prior environmental assessments, regulatory records, and historical documentation related to project sites.Conduct targeted regulatory and technical research to support project objectives.Environmental Evaluation
Identify potential environmental concerns based on assessor findings, document reviews, and interview data.Interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in history, English, Environmental Science, Communications, or a science-based field
Recommended Experience : 0 – 2 years of experience in report writing
