This position is a full-time permanent role with great benefits, onsite in Springfield. Pay rate ranges from $20.00 - 25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting clients via phone, Zoom, and in person
• Handle a multi-line phone system with professionalism
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct client intakes (phone, Zoom, and in-person)
• Maintain detailed records in the cloud-based case management system
• Stay organized and flexible, even when plans shift
• Learn quickly and adapt to new legal procedures and policies
• Work with respect and integrity as part of a high-performing team
