What Sets Us Apart : Achieve a healthier work-life balance with greater control over your daily schedule Strong referral network, collegial and supportive partners , and tenured staff committed to giving back to our community Unlimited earning potential, physicians are making up to $900K annually Up to 6 weeks paid time off and paid holidays : even more flexibility as a shareholder $40K sign-on , relocation, 401k with match, profit sharing , loan forgiveness, residency stipend, CME allowance, paid licensure and certification renewals You're on a 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership : no buy-in or downside risk Practice Details : Well-respected team of 5 OB / GYNs, 2 Midwives, Nurses, Lactation Consultant, and Childbirth Educators We welcome physicians specializing in Urogynecology, Reproductive and Infertility, and other subspecialties , offering a diverse and stimulating practice environment Practice is conveniently located near other women’s health services and just 3 blocks from the hospital On-site lab, bone density, mammography, ultrasound, stress testing and monitoring room 4 day and 4.5 day workweek options The facility has a DaVinci robot and the ability to perform VBACs 1 : 8 weekend call and 1 weekday per week OB Hospitalists available for backup and triage call Opportunity to engage with students and residents if desired Epic EHR The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between$450,000 - $900,000.
