Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is seeking a Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights senior associate or counsel to be based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey; or Wilmington, Delaware.

This senior associate or counsel will directly support attorneys in the firm’s growing Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors Rights’ practice, and will have the opportunity to work on related matters with the support of the firm’s deep commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, white collar litigation, and insurance litigation practice groups. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

All candidates must have very strong academic records with excellent writing and analytical skills. A judicial clerkship is helpful. Bar membership in Delaware or New Jersey is mandatory.
