Title : Customer Relations Specialist
Location : Montvale, New Jersey (On-Site)
Compensation : $51,000 - $55,000
A well-established manufacturing company in Montvale, New Jersey is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a stable schedule ( Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM ) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities include :
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customer, vendor, and staff information.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers through proactive, transparent communication.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure production plans meet customer delivery schedules.
- Partner with purchasing to confirm availability of components for orders and quotes.
- Monitor and resolve issues impacting supply continuity and delivery timelines.
- Manage customer orders, including price review, delivery coordination, and ERP data entry.
- Analyze open orders, forecasts, and shipping requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain updated purchase order, pricing, and revision details in the ERP system.
- Oversee shipping schedules, documentation, and carrier coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Support and train Customer Relations Associates to promote team collaboration and engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer relations, order management, or supply chain support preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
