As a Security Professional Retail Dispatch Specialist in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic retail and mall environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, coordinating communication between team members, and responding promptly to incidents to help to deter unwanted activity. You will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible presence, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and tenants. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
