Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8-10 years of experience in agile delivery management or as scrum master
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices
• Proven track record of successfully leading agile teams
• Experience with remote and distributed teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
