Leadership / Training experience highly preferred ? Strong troubleshooting & system knowledge ? Detail-oriented, organized, and sharp communicator ? Proficient with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred) ? EPA required | NATE preferred | Driver’s License required

The Role
As our QC Specialist , your mission is simple : make sure everything we install or repair reflects TRIO-level quality —no shortcuts, no excuses. You’ll lead inspections, reduce callbacks, coach the field team, and bring a new level of precision and pride to the craft.
