Position Summary
Innsaei Child & Family Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and support our growing team of clinicians. This role is ideal for a dedicated therapist trained in Play Therapy who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to help shape the clinical vision of a trauma-informed, holistic practice. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, providing therapist support, and building strong, sustainable systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and support 1-3 clinicians / interns
- Lead or co-lead staff meetings
- Manage play rooms, art room, and sand tray room supplies and upkeep
- Provide ongoing support to the clinical team
- Oversee therapist documentation and ensure compliance
- Manage coordination of provisionally licensed and intern therapists for room rescheduling
- Attend leadership and owner meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
Must hold a current Utah mental health license (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT)Knowledge and experience in play therapy is requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPrior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferredComfort with balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities in a trauma-informed settingWeekly Time Expectations
13–16 hours / week : Clinical work and supervision (includes seeing clients and 1–3 supervisees)15–19 hours / week : Clinical Director duties and documentationMinimum of 30 hours / week in-officeBenefits
Bonus Pay : $70 per client session beyond 16 clients per weekPTO : 3 hours accrued every pay period (26 total per year)Paid Holidays : 6 company holidays annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) — full days offEducation Stipend : $300 annuallyAbout Us – Innsaei Child & Family Therapy
