Position : Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 12-hour Night Shifts (including weekend and holiday rotation)

Sign-on Bonus : $7,500 Available (Eligibility requirements apply)

About Our Team

The Emergency Department (ED) provides unscheduled outpatient services to patients requiring immediate care. Our team operates 24 / 7 / 365, offering a dynamic environment filled with learning opportunities, teamwork, and excitement. While the pace can be intense and emotionally taxing, your experience in inpatient med / surg or critical care (1-2 years preferred) will be invaluable.

How You Will Contribute

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our ED, you will :

• Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers and referrals.
• Evaluate and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.
