Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources Operations

Provide day-to-day support to Supervisors and Managers to facilitate planning and decision making in areas such as recruitment, employee development, employee relations and engagement.

Attract and retain talent by assisting with interviews, hiring, and onboarding for internal and external employees. Will use applicant tracking system to post, process, screen and offer roles per established procedures to ensure process continuity.

Safeguard the company by ensuring compliance to legal requirements in all aspects of the Human Resources policy, obtaining advice from outside legal advisors as required. Will provide the relevant level of input to the internal compliance process.

Facilitate strategic short-term and long-term planning with various levels of management.

The annual salary for these skills is $90,000.00 based upon experience. This is the salary that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted amount. This salary may also be modified in the future.
