Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage onboarding sessions for new hires, tracking outcomes to reduce ramp time
Support product launches by facilitating training and collaborating with various teams
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze training needs and develop specialized content
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS functions such as sales or customer success
Strong understanding of post-sales processes and training best practices
Experience delivering training through various methods, including online and in-person
Proficiency in using Google suite products and Learning Management Systems
Project management experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana
