We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our wealth management team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will handle a variety of client-related tasks, ensuring high-quality service for high-net-worth individuals. This position focuses on managing client accounts, facilitating financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- Handle money movement tasks, including credit card transactions and account transfers.
- Coordinate the setup of new accounts, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
- Assist clients with password resets and other account-related technical support.
- Ensure all documentation and reports comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for legal and financial communications on behalf of clients.
- Support clients with estate and trust-related matters, providing guidance and coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Preferable someone with series 7 or 65

Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.Proficiency in handling credit card transactions and account management processes.Strong background in client administration for high-net-worth individuals.Familiarity with private wealth management practices and principles.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
