The Transition Manager shall provide oversight transitioning from the incumbent from one task order to another task order. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Develop comprehensive transition plans outlining goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion of tasks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the transition. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these challenges proactively.
• Performance Monitoring : Oversee the implementation of transition plans, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all transition-related documentation is accurately maintained and updated. Conduct post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
