A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Process orders for products and services, ensuring proactive follow-up on order status and details
Investigate and resolve customer billing issues as relayed from the accounts receivable collections team
Provide sales support including pricing, availability, and formal quotations, while complying with established policies
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of relevant experience
Strong customer service skills and a passion for customer care
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
Ability to work with a diverse workforce and customer base in a matrixed organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office
