  • Conduct due diligence and perform research on legal matters related to corporate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the transaction process.

    • Requirements

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar association.
    • 2-4 years of relevant transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
