• Average census of 10 patients per day
• 12 bed inpatient adolescent unit
• Adolescent patients ages 12 - 18
• On call coverage over weekends
• Ongoing coverage until permanent provider found
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
